ORDER

Original jurisdiction is assumed. A writ of mandamus is hereby issued, directing the respondent Oklahoma County District Court Clerk to file prisoner's tendered petition for mandamus and accompanying motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. The Clerk should then forward these filings to the assigned judge for that judge's order regarding partial payment of filing fees in accordance with 57 O.S. § 566.3[ 57-566.3]. If the court clerk does not currently possess the petition and motion mailed by petitioner on March 22, 2005, the court clerk should notify the petitioner, so that he may re-submit his petition and motion.
