The case at docket Nos. 25778-18 is calendared for trial at the Court's October 25, 2021, Denver, CO, remote trial session. The case at docket Nos. 14989-20 is in the general docket.

On September 16, 2021, petitioners filed an unopposed motion for continuance, at docket Nos. 25778-18, seeking to have that case restored to the general docket. On September 16, 2021, petitioners further filed unopposed motions to consolidate in respect of both two docketed cases. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is
