ORDER

Richard T. Morrison, Judge

On July 1, 2022, the Court ordered "that if any party objects to the Court severing Patricia [Miller] from this case and creating a separate case for her, then that party shall file a written objection".

On July 25, 2022, petitioner Patricia J. Miller filed an objection to the Court severing her from the case and creating a separate case for her.

Therefore, it is

ORDERED that the status of this case remains unchanged inasmuch as Jeffrey A. Miller and Patricia J. Miller remain co-petitioners in a single case.
