ORDER

Christian N. Weiler Judge.

This case is presently calendared for trial on the Court's May 16, 2022, New York City, New York trial session. On March 8, 2022, the parties filed a joint motion for continuance of trial and asks that the Court restore this case to the general docket. The motion states that this case is related to two other cases. Two of the cases are currently calendared for trial and to which the parties have also requested a continuance. The parties are requesting additional time to allow respondent's Appeals Office to review the records in all three cases. In the event the cases proceed to trial, the parties will move to consolidate the three cases.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' joint motion for continuance is granted and this case is stricken from May 16, 2022, New York City, New York trial session and is continued generally.
