MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULING.
This cause was filed in as a direct appeal of right.
Upon review of the notice of appeal and entry being appealed, it is determined that the appeal should proceed as a jurisdictional appeal. Therefore, the parties shall disregard the filing of the record, and it is hereby ordered that appellees may file a memorandum in response to appellant's memorandum in support of jurisdiction within 30 days from the date of this entry.
