Upon consideration after oral argument, the petition for certiorari is denied.

The stay order of October 3, 2012 with respect to the amended income deduction order of September 25, 2012 is vacated.

The stay order of October 1, 2012 is continued in effect with respect to the orders of July 3, 2012 and September 20, 2012 pending further order of this Court in the pending appeal on the merits.

Upon consideration of the motion for appellate attorney's fees filed by petitioner, it is ordered that said motion is hereby denied.
