Appellant Murnane Building Contractors, Inc., having moved for an extension of time to perfect its appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Onondaga on January 15, 2014,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Daniel P. Fletcher, Esq., sworn to March 11, 2015, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on the condition that Murnane Building, Inc. perfects its appeal on or before June 1, 2015, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.

Memorandum: No further extensions of time for Murnane Building Contractors, Inc. to perfect its appeal will be granted.
