The judgment of August 12, 2008, as modified by the order of September 23, 2008, is affirmed. So much of the order of September 23, 2008, denying the "Motion to Alter and Amend Findings of Fact and Judgment Pursuant to Rule 52(b) and 59(e)" is affirmed. The wife's application for appellate attorney's fees and costs is denied.
