ORDER
Before the Court are the January 6, 2016 motion filed by Mike Wynne, John Hunter Smith and M&S Wynne Family LP to consolidate cause numbers 05-15-01109-CV and 05-15-01560-CV and the January 6, 2016 motion filed by the same parties for an extension of time to file their brief in cause number 05-15-01109-CV. The Court requests a response on or before January 20, 2016 addressing whether the cases may properly be consolidated, whether the clerk's and reporter's record filed in cause number 05-15-01109-CV constitute the complete clerk's and reporter's record for both appeals, and whether the alignment of the parties in cause number 05-15-01109-CV is the correct alignment of the parties as appellants and appellees if the Court determines consolidation is appropriate in this case.
