DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay her eviction from the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 5, 2009, and June 21, 2012, respectively, and a judgment of the same court dated January 21, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
