JUDGMENT
This matter came on for hearing before the Court upon the parties' Stipulation. The issues having been duly heard, the Court enters judgment as follows:
I. Plaintiff Microsoft Corporation is awarded judgment against Defendants Neoburst. Net, LLC and Justin Michaels.
II. The Court has entered an Order for Permanent Injunction, which is incorporated into this Judgment.
