On May 28, 2024, petitioner filed a Motion for Leave to File a Supplement to Its Response to Respondent's Renewed Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (Doc. 294) and filed the accompanying Supplement to Its Response to Respondent's Renewed Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (Doc. 295). The Supplement to Its Response to Respondent's Renewed Motion for Partial Summary Judgment should have been lodged and not filed.

Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall (1) change the docket entry for petitioner's Supplement to Its Response to Respondent's Renewed Motion for Partial Summary Judgment to reflect that the document was lodged on May 28, 2024, and (2) add a cover page to petitioner's Supplement to Its Response to Respondent's Renewed Motion for Partial Summary Judgment that bears an eLodged stamp of May 28, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before July 1, 2024, respondent shall file a response to petitioner's Motion for Leave to File a Supplement to Its Response to Respondent's Renewed Motion for Partial Summary Judgment filed on May 28, 2024.
