ORDERED that, on or before October 19, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing, with specificity, the status of any remaining discovery issues with respect to respondent's Motions to Compel Production of Documents filed May 4, 2023, and May 25, 2023. The Status Report shall further discuss the status of the witness interviews described in respondent's Status Report filed September 16, 2023.
