By order of December 9, 2016, the application for leave to appeal the December 17, 2015 judgment of the Court of Appeals was held in abeyance pending the decision in Power Play International v. Reddy , 500 Mich. 906, 887 N.W.2d 784 (2016). On order of the Court, the case having been decided on March 17, 2017, 500 Mich. 950, 890 N.W.2d 870 (2017), the application is again considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court.
