Opinion

No. 83-1683.

February 21, 1984.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Dade County; Dick C.P. Lantz, Judge.

Joseph C. Segor, Kaplan, Sicking, Hessen, Sugarman, Rosenthal DeCastro and Howard S. Susskind, Miami for appellant.

Abrams Abrams, and Ira Abrams, Muller, Mintz, Kornreich, Caldwell, Casey, Crosland Bramnick and Gordon Dean Rogers, Miami for appellees.

Before HUBBART, NESBITT and BASKIN, JJ.

Trades Council appeals the trial court's order denying its motion to intervene in the lawsuit between Independent Enterprises and Fitzpatrick. Finding that appellant has failed to show the direct and immediate interest which entitles a litigant to intervene in an action between other parties, Faircloth v. Mr. Boston Distillers Corp., 245 So.2d 240 (Fla. 1970), we affirm.

Affirmed.
