This is one of three related, but not consolidated, cases. On June 28, 2024, the parties filed a joint status report informing the Court that they are undertaking discovery. Further, a discovery motion remains pending before the Court and is set for hearing on July 17, 2024. To allow time for discovery and to keep all three related cases on a similar track, it is

ORDERED that the parties shall file a joint status report by September 27, 2024. The status report shall include an estimate of when the parties anticipate this case will be ready for trial, an estimate of the duration of trial, and suggestions for potential places of trial.
