Proceedings upon application for adjudication of delinquency on charges of arson, burglary, unlawful possession of hashish and vandalism. Before JOHNSON, J. Adjudication filed finding defendant delinquent on charges of burglary and vandalism and imposing sentence of commitment to the Youth Development Center at New Castle. Juvenile appealed. Appeal, No. 258, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Family Division, of Allegheny County, No. 403 of 1975. Argued April 20, 1976.
