ORDER
This interpleader action was filed June 23, 2008 as a result of adverse claims to life insurance benefits by Defendants Sandra Adamson and Barbara Anderson. In an Order filed February 27, 2009 (Document 28), the Court set this matter for a bench trial on April 28, 2009.
The TRIAL, scheduled for April 28, 2009, is hereby VACATED. The Trial will be RESCHEDULED by separate notice from the Court for a trial date of May 22, 2009, at 9 a.m.
Defendants Adamson and Anderson are ORDERED to appear for trial, with all of their witnesses, on May 22, 2009 at 9 a.m. in the Belmont County Courthouse at 101 W. Main Street, St. Clairsville, Ohio 43950, in Courtroom No. 2.
The Clerk is DIRECTED to serve this Order upon both Defendants via certified mail.
