ORDER
This interpleader action was filed June 23, 2008 as a result of adverse claims to life insurance benefits by Defendants Sandra Adamson and Barbara Anderson. In an Order filed February 27, 2009 (Document 28), the Court set this matter for a bench trial on April 28, 2009. To assist the parties in resolving this matter, the Court also referred the case to mediation, and the parties provided dates on which they were available for mediation. In an Order filed March 27, 2009 (Document 33), the Court ordered the parties to appear for mediation on April 6, 2009. However, due to incomplete service of the March 27, 2009 Order, Defendant Adamson did not appear on April 6, 2009. The mediation is hereby rescheduled for April 20, 2009 at 8:45 a.m., via telephone conference.
Defendants Adamson and Anderson are ORDERED to attend a telephone status conference for the purpose of mediation on April 20, 2009 at 8:45 a.m. At that time, each party shall call (614) 719-3255, and, when prompted, enter the conference code of 123456.
The Clerk is DIRECTED to serve this Order upon both Defendants via certified mail, using the address on file for Defendant Barbara Anderson and the following current address for Defendant Sandra Adamson: 215 Canyon Village, Morgantown, WV 26508.
