This case was on the Court's April 4, 2022 trial calendar for Los Angeles, California, and is mostly about the reasonableness of the compensation paid to a member of the Cifligu family. That makes it related to docket numbers 10469-20 and 19386-19 but not, according to the consensus of the parties, related enough to make consolidation helpful. We continued it at the parties request to give respondent's counsel a chance to review the file and meet with petitioner to see if they might work out a settlement. The parties recently reported that they've settled all but one issue, so keeping it on a status-report track is reasonable. It is therefore
ORDERED that on or before June 27, 2022 the parties shall submit settlement documents or file a status report to describe their progress toward settlement or a narrowing of the issues to be tried.
