ANDREW J. MESCHER, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Eunkyong Choi Special Trial Judge

On April 16, 2021, petitioner filed a Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing. On July 6, 2022, the Court served an Order on the parties granting petitioner's Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing and setting the case for hearing at the Court's August 3, 2022, Washington, D.C., special hearing session to be conducted remotely via Zoomgov at a time certain of 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on August 3, 2022, at which time any third-party subpoenas may be returnable.

On July 21, 2022, the parties filed with the Court a Proposed Stipulated Decision. Because a proposed stipulated decision has been submitted by the parties there appears to no longer be a need for a document subpoena hearing. The Court will cancel the special hearing session. Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's August 3, 2022, Washington D.C, special hearing session, and the special hearing session is hereby cancelled. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is no longer retained by the undersigned and this case is returned to the general docket for trial or other disposition.
