ORDER
The clerk's record is past due. Appellant shall file, by April 27, 2016, written verification that payment of the clerk's fee or arrangements to pay the clerk's fee have been made or written documentation that appellant has been found to be entitled to proceed without advance payment of costs. We caution appellant that failure to provide the required documentation within the time specified may result in dismissal of the appeal without further notice. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(b).
Assuming appellant provides the required documentation regarding payment of the clerk's fee, appellant shall file an amended brief correcting the deficiencies noted in this Court's March 24, 2016 letter, a copy of which is attached to this order, WITHIN THIRTY DAYS of the date the clerk's record is filed.
We GRANT appellant's April 1, 2016 Motion for Leave of Court to the extent that we DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send all future correspondence to appellant via email and by first-class mail to:
