On Appeal from the 203rd Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. F14-60351-P

ORDER

The Court REINSTATES the appeal.

On January 4, 2016, we ordered the trial court to make findings regarding why the reporter's record has not been filed. We ADOPT the findings that: (1) appellant desires to pursue the appeal; (2) appellant is indigent and is entitled to proceed without payment for the record; (3) court-appointed counsel timely requested preparation of the record; (4) Lisabeth Kellett is the court reporter who recorded the proceedings; (5) Ms. Kellett explained that she had to redo a portion of the record due to a computer problem; and (6) Ms. Kellett expects to file the record by February 12, 2016.

We ORDER court reporter Lisabeth Kellett to file the complete reporter's record, including all exhibits admitted into evidence, by TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 16, 2016.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to Lisabeth Kellett, official court reporter, 203rd Judicial District Court, and to counsel for all parties.
