ORDER
Before the Court is appellee Oxford Townhomes Addition Homeowners Association, Inc.'s January 8, 2016 motion to dismiss appellant's appeal against it. Because appellant clarified in her reply brief that appellee Oxford Townhomes Addition Homeowners Association, Inc. is not an appellee to her appeal, we GRANT the motion and dismiss appellant's appeal against Oxford Townhomes Addition Homeowners Association, Inc. Appellant's appeal against the remaining appellees remains pending.
Oxford Townhomes Addition Homeowners Association, Inc. still has claims against two of the appellees. Accordingly, the parties are REALIGNED to reflect that Oxford Townhomes Addition Homeowners Association, Inc. is now proceeding as an appellant with claims asserted against appellees Jason Rose and JR Rose Development, LLC.
