On Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court


This court's prior judgment in this case has been reversed, and the cause has been remanded by the Alabama Supreme Court. Ex parte Keao, 900 So.2d 442, 443 (Ala. 2004). In compliance with the Supreme Court's opinion, the trial court's judgment awarding workers' compensation benefits to Brenda Keao is affirmed.

AFFIRMED.
