Summary Dispositions August 30, 1996:

In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the decisions of the Worker's Compensation Appellate Commission and the magistrate are vacated, and the case is remanded to the commission with directions that it further remand the case to the magistrate for reconsideration of the factual issue whether plaintiff has hard metal disease based on further review of all the evidence, including the B-Reader report relied on by Dr. Upfal. MRE 803(6); Rentz v General Motors Corp, 70 Mich. App. 249 (1976). MCR 7.302(F)(1). Jurisdiction is not retained.
