Appellant has filed an unopposed motion to dismiss this appeal stating that the parties have reached an agreement to compromise and settle their differences in both this appeal and the underlying suit. Appellant's motion is hereby GRANTED and this appeal is DISMISSED. It is ORDERED that each party bear their own costs of this appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1.
