It has come to the Court's attention that the Petition in this case includes names and social security numbers of minor children. The Petition also includes the social security numbers of petitioner and Ana D. Mercado, who is no longer a party to this case. Such information should not have been included or should have been redacted by petitioner before filing. See Rule 27(a), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure. Accordingly, on the Court's own motion, it is hereby

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall seal from public viewing petitioner's Petition filed August 3, 2021. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before August 23, 2022, petitioner shall file a redacted Petition that is an exact duplicate of the original Petition filed August 3, 2021, but with the above-referenced names and social security numbers properly redacted.
