Appellant Rolando Mendoza appeals his conviction for continuous sexual abuse of a child. On October 3, 2023, we abated this appeal and remanded the cause to the trial court to determine whether appellant is indigent. On October 20, 2023, the trial court held a hearing and issued findings of fact and conclusions of law determining appellant is indigent.

We therefore order this appeal reinstated on the court's docket. The reporter's record is due no later than December 19, 2023.
