This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's December 5, 2022, New York, New York, trial session. On August 3, 2022, the Court served an Order (Doc. 5), Standing Pretrial Order (Doc. 6), and Clinic Letter for New York, New York (Doc. 7), which was later returned by FedEx. The FedEx envelope was marked "Abandoned."

Court personnel attempted to reach petitioners without success. On August 23, 2022, respondent informally provided Court personnel with a possible address for petitioners.

Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order on petitioners at the address provided by respondent, along with copies of the Court's Order served August 3, 2022 (Doc. 5), Standing Pretrial Order served August 3, 2022 (Doc. 6), and Clinic Letter for New York, New York (Doc. 7).
