The clerk's record was filed June 22, 2018. Our review has determined that a relevant item has been omitted from the clerk's record. See Tex. R. App. P. 34.5(c). The record does not contain the following items:
1. Defendant Mikael Lucas, M.D. and Mikael Lucas, M.D., PLLC's Objections to Plaintiff's Chapter 74 Expert Report, together with any accompanying exhibits, filed on or about August 22, 2017; and
2. Defendant Mikael Lucas, M.D. and Mikael Lucas, M.D., PLLC's Objections to Plaintiff's Supplemental Chapter 74 Expert Report of Lige Rushing, M.D. and Motion to Dismiss, together with any accompanying exhibits, filed on or about April 19, 2018.
The Harris County District Clerk is directed to file a supplemental clerk's record on or before April 9, 2019, containing the above listed items.
If the omitted item is not part of the case file, the district clerk is directed to file a supplemental clerk's record containing a certified statement that the omitted item is not a part of the case file.
