This case was calendared for trial during the Court's January 24, 2022, Houston, Texas, remote trial session. By Order served January 14, 2022, among other things, the case was stricken from the Court's January 24, 2022, remote trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned judge.

On April 29, 2024, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 136). Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before July 2, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
