On October 18, 2022, the Commissioner filed a status report to which Mr. Meissner agreed with the contents of the report. The Commissioner informed the Court that Mr. Messner had provided documents to the Commissioner and that the Commissioner was waiting for a response from a subpoena they served on Vanguard Fiduciary Trust Co. To keep the Court informed of the status of this case, it is

ORDERED that, on or before December 16, 2022, the parties shall file a joint status report. In lieu of a joint status report, either party may file a status report stating that the other party has reviewed and agreed to the content of the report.
