In an action to recover damages for malpractice and negligence, judgment in favor of defendants Crown Heights Hospital, Inc., and Benjamin Schoolnik, and order denying motion to set aside the verdict, unanimously affirmed, without costs. No opinion. As to defendant Harry Koster, a motion to mark the appeal abated is granted simultaneously herewith. (See Meiselman v. Crown Heights Hospital, Inc., ante, p. 1027, decided herewith.)
