Appeal, No. 307, Jan. T., 1973, from order of Commonwealth Court, No. 312, C.D. 1973, in re Nomination Petition of Anthony Meglio as Democratic Candidate for the Office of Judge, Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia, First Judicial District of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Order affirmed.

Proceedings in Commonwealth Court on objections to nomination petition.

Order entered setting aside nomination petition of individual as candidate for office of Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia, opinion by CRUMLISH, JR., J. Individual whose nomination petition was set aside appealed.
