Michael MEEKER, Applicant–Appellant, v. STATE of Iowa, Respondent–Appellee.

Appeal from the Iowa District Court for Hamilton County, James C. Ellefson, Judge. Michael Meeker appeals from the dismissal of his application for postconviction relief alleging ineffective assistance of trial counsel at his guilty plea; he also argues ineffective assistance of postconviction counsel prevented him from preserving all of his claims.
