This case is calendared for trial at the Court's May 13, 2024, Boston, Massachusetts, trial session. On March 14, 2024, respondent filed a Motion for Summary Judgment and the Court ordered petitioner to respond to the motion by April 16, 2024. The Court has not received any response from petitioner. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment, as supplemented April 1, 2024, is set for hearing at the trial session of the Court commencing May 13, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. in the McCormack Post Office & Courthouse, 5 Post Office Square, Room 5, 12th Floor, Boston, Massachusetts 02109.
