The Court has read and considered the parties' Stipulation to Continue Trial Setting Conference, the pleadings and papers on file herein, and any oral argument by counsel.
GOOD CAUSE APPEARING, the Trial Setting Conference set for March 26, 2013 is now continued until April 1, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. The parties shall file a joint statement setting for their available trial dates one week prior to the new Trial Setting Conference date. IT IS SO ORDERED.
