ORDER

After appellant pleaded guilty without the benefit of a plea bargain agreement to the first-degree felony offense of aggravated assault family violence with a deadly weapon finding, the trial court assessed punishment at eight years in prison. Appellant's brief was due January 22, 2020.

Before the Court is appellant's March 23, 2020 third motion for extension of time to file his brief. We GRANT the motion to the extent we ORDER appellant's brief due on or before April 24, 2020.
