MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULING

This cause is pending before the court as a discretionary appeal and claimed appeal of right.

Upon consideration of the motion for admission pro hac vice of Jerry A. Esrig for Arcelia Medina, filed by Mitchell A. Weisman, the motion fails to comply with S.Ct.Prac. R. 1.2, which requires that the motion for admission pro hac vice be filed by the attorney who is seeking admission. Therefore, it is ordered by the court that this motion is denied.
