This case was called from the calendar of Court's November 29, 2021, Los Angeles, California remote trial session. Petitioner Carlos Medina and respondent's counsel appeared and were heard. Respondent notified the Court that the parties have reached a basis for settlement.

Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that this case is continued and jurisdiction of this case is retained by the Undersigned. It is further
