MEMORANDUM OPINION

By letter dated September 28, 2009, this Court notified appellant that the Dallas County District Clerk had informed us that appellant has not paid for the clerk's record. We directed appellant to provide written verification, within ten days of the letter, that appellant had paid for the record or was otherwise entitled to proceed without payment. We warned appellant that failure to comply could result in dismissal of the appeal. To date, appellant has not responded. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R.
