IT IS ORDERED by this court, sua sponte, that Arthur W. Wootton, Attorney Registration No. 0033387, last known business address in Valley City, Ohio, is found in contempt for failure to comply with this court's order of May 6, 2005, to wit: failure to file an affidavit of compliance on or before June 6, 2005.
