This case is calendared for trial at the Atlanta, Georgia Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on November 27, 2023.
On November 3, 2023, docket entry 61, respondent filed a Status Report which requests that the Court issue an order removing this case from the trial session, maintaining jurisdiction over this case with this division, and instructing the parties on how to proceed with this case.
On November 9, 2023, the Court held a telephonic conference with the parties during which time the parties requested additional time for petitioner to gather and provide necessary documentation to respondent. Petitioner requested that the Court order the parties to provide status reports every thirty (30) days.
After due consideration, and for cause, it is
ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further
ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the November 27, 2023, Atlanta, Georgia Trial Session of the Court, and this case is continued. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before November 30, 2023, and every thirty (30) days thereafter, the parties shall file a Joint Status Report (or, if that is not possible, then separate reports) with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
