M.E.D. appeals from the judgment pendente lite of the circuit court awarding temporary custody of the parties’ minor child. We have, however, provided a memorandum setting forth the reasons for our decision to the parties for their use only. We affirm the judgment pursuant to Missouri Supreme Court Rule 84.16(b) (2023).
