Upon due consideration of the First Amended Petition and Motion To Change Place of Trial, filed June 2, 2022, by petitioner in the above-docketed matter, it is
ORDERED that the caption in this case is amended to read "Frederick J. Meagher, Jr., & Linette S. Meagher, Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent". It is further
ORDERED that the docket number of this case is amended by adding the letter "S" thereto, which shall now read "Docket No. 4860-22S", and the Clerk of the Court is hereafter directed to process this case to trial or other disposition as a "small tax case". It is further
ORDERED that the Motion To Change Place of Trial is granted, and the place of trial for any proceedings held in this case shall be changed to Syracuse, New York.
