BY ORDER OF THE COURT.

The petition for writ of mandamus is granted. Within 30 days of this order, the trial court shall hold a hearing on the petitioner's Verified Motion for Rule to Show Cause filed on or about June 21, 2010, and Motion for Reunification or in the Alternative, Motion to Modify Visitation, filed on or about June 22, 2010; shall issue a written order resolving the motions; and shall file a copy of the order(s) in this court. See§ 39.621(9), Fla. Stat. (2011). This court will withhold formal issuance of the writ pending compliance with this order.
