On June 26, 2023 Respondent filed a status report requesting a document-subpoena hearing to obtain documentation from a third party. The Court then issued an Order scheduling the case for a hearing at the Court's August 2, 2023, Washington, D.C., special hearing session to be conducted remotely at a date and time certain of 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time, at which time any third-party subpoena may be returnable. On July 31, 2023 respondent filed a Status Report informing the Court that a subpoena hearing will not be necessary. It is therefore
ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's August 2, 2023, Washington, D.C., special hearing session to be conducted remotely at 1:00 PM Eastern Time.
