ORDER

Patrick J. Urda Judge.

On December 1, 2023, Timothy R. Prosky filed a motion to withdraw as counsel for the Commissioner. [Doc. 49.] Later the same day, Mr. Prosky filed another motion to withdraw as counsel. [Doc. 50.] It appears that the first motion to withdraw contained a certificate of service addressed to the wrong petitioner and that second motion to withdraw remedied that error. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that Mr. Prosky's motion to withdraw as counsel [Doc. 49] is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record. It is further

ORDERED that Mr. Prosky's motion to withdraw as counsel [Doc. 50] is granted and Timothy R. Prosky is hereby deemed withdrawn as counsel for the Commissioner in this case.
