On May 26, 2022, Appellant Zachery McNeil ("Appellant") filed a notice of appeal challenging the Final Order in Suit to Establish Paternity and Suit Affecting the Parent Child Relationship entered by the 387th Judicial District Court in Fort Bend County, Texas on March 10, 2022.
This appeal is fully briefed.
On February 20, 2023, Appellant filed a Motion to Permit Filing of Louisiana Court Decision, requesting permission to file in this appeal a certified copy of a February 10, 2023 Judgment, Reasons for Ruling and Notice of Fixing case entered by a Louisiana district court in a separate proceeding concerning the same child involved in the present appeal.
The motion is denied.
